Ross Riddell
After spending 21 years in the Fire Service I embarked on what has been a 24 year consultancy career involving, designing training programs, fire training facilities and procuring vehicles and equipment for governments and fire departments. I am very proud of my Māori heritage and have a true belief in the power of family and that it is that bond that enables us to do great things. I have loved the fire service since the day I joined and the friends I have made because of it are decades old. I believe it is our responsibility to give back to the profession.
Our Mission
Ross T Riddell and Associates are dedicated to helping governments and fire service organizations of all sizes improve their operations and better serve their communities according to their individual requirements. From auditing for compliance , leadership and mentoring and designing training programs to assisting in designing facilities and project management for vehicles and equipment, to providing analysis and guidance on strategic and operational issues, our team of professionals are committed to helping you make the right decisions. No matter what the issue, we are here to help you make sure your fire service is the best it can be.
The Team
Our team consists of senior fire service administrators, current Chiefs and Senior Level Training Personnel , boasting a wealth of knowledge and experience in the field. We understand the unique challenges and constraints facing fire service organizations and can provide practical advice and solutions to address them. Our goal is to provide diversity of thought and application to whatever the challenge is that we face and tailor our programs and or solutions to the clients needs .
